It is going to be not-so-easy initially but with time you will get used to it and your body will accept this routine.
You can have your tea or coffee as regular. Just follow these simple steps on a daily basis. Once in a while you are allowed to cheat when you go for parties or outing. The most important point from this article is that dinner should be consumed by 7 PM. You may also have green tea twice daily to enhance the process. Nothing else is required. In 20 days, you will start seeing the result. My Experience with Jergens Ultra Healing Extra Dry Skin Moisturizer-
This is hands down one of the best winter skin moisturizer I have ever used. I agree I always get bored of using this since I have like 4-5 bottles in stock with me. In between, I keep trying other products. But I always tend to come back to this during winters. It heals every part of dry areas of my skin and makes it smooth and shiny. There is absolutely no need of re-application with this lotion. The cream consistency is medium, I say medium because it’s not as thick as those heavy duty body butters.
